Hi, my name’s Julian, I’m 26 years old and currently a student. My whole life I’ve had problems gaining weight, maintaining my bodyweight or gaining muscle in general. I’ve always been very skinny but also always had the dream of gaining weight, being stronger and having a good physique. I went to the gym for a while, quite regularly. But this didn’t change anything and left me pretty frustrated. About half a year ago I went travelling around the world. During this time I realized how out of shape my body got from not doing any sports or exercising. This showed in how super skinny and gaunt I became.   2. I think after your body adapts then the rapid growth period begins which is around probably around 3 months

  3. Man…. The before and after photos aren't taken from an equal distance/focal lenght/camera type/lens. Just the distance alone being closer in the "After" photo is enough to make the results seem "bigger" and with more impact, when in fact it only deceives both the audience and the transformed guy himself.

  4. sogno un fisico come questo.. credo come tutti.. sono pronto a comprare attrezzatura adatta x il traguardo.. c e da dire che a dicembre compirò 39 anni.. e chiedo a voi se si può avverare questo sogno con il duro impegno? cerco qualcuno che mi consigli cosa devo comprare – alimentazione giusta e che mia dia programmi esatti .. ho 39 anni e peso 67 68 kg altezza 1.79 cm..
    voglio sognare e darò il mio massimo che ho. ma la domanda è in due anni ci posso riuscire?

For those who saying impossible to changed in 18 weeks need to go back and learn the basics of how to eat to increase/change the body if you can't figure out this then your body aint gonna change, people fail casue the simplest thing you fail on is what food to eat and the best foods that make the huge effect

  9. I am here fore obvious reason. And wow 22M views. Being skinny has ita advanges yet visually it's no good. Some people may think that you are so weak. Some may just push you around intentionally or unintentionally.

  11. I know the pain of getting stronger but not bigger. Im a junior in high school and im very skinny. From the beginning of my sophmore year, i could only bench press 95 pounds. Now, i can bench press 155, however, i still look scrawny compared to others. Same goes for my arms, i increased my curle a lot yet my arms still look skinny. Its tough to know that you can get strong but growing bigger wont happen until your late in the game. But im still looking forward to the day where i'll finally feel comfortable in my own skin infront of others.

  13. I actually belive him…I been training for just over 5 months and I swear to god I had the most Crazy transformation. My body Just started growing and Growing, I thought I had the worst genetic cause I was skinny Fat and shit. I went from 61kg to 77kg. I started of benching the bar, Now I bench about 145 pounds. Some people just grow faster…Doesn't necessarily mean their Juicing

This reminds me of …myself. 🙂 lost on weight after the second week I started going to the gym and the first visible results only happen after the third week.I've put lots of efforts for this to happen,well you know "no pain,no gain". Everyone can do it,all you need is discipline,motivation as well as the correct nutrition.Going to the gym with motivated friends does help and is truly fun. Just progress slowly with the training,no rush – I did it twice and my left knee got injured while doing squats (I kept on doing 3 sets of 20 reps at 60 kg. Baaam! It happened. I let it recover and started doing squats again until I did the same mistake with 70 kg. That was a bit too much after only 2 weeks starting this exercise). I've let it recover for 6 weeks now and started doing squats with different elastic bands which are totally awesome (my legs were sore and no knee pain at all). All in all,with the right training,a competent coach and your own motivation …you can do it.
