  5. This workout is no joke!. Been crippled with DOMs for 2 days now, sitting is a big challenge, sorest I've ever been on leg day…but thats how I know its working! Awesome workout!

  9. I workout for a year now, but I progressed actually just by 2 kg (started with 4 now I am at 6 kg). After 10 min into this workout my legs already gave up and I lack of energy in all workouts lately. Plus eventhough hitting the gym I have been gaining weight and fat (especially stomach and chest). I feel like whatever I workout it is useless and it frustrates me a lot and I am about to give up eventhough I want to get in shape. My sister said I might have no routine but I make biceps every 2nd or 3rd day but still can't progress in weight because I get muscle pain. Is it maybe because I lake of self confidence in general and lately?

  11. I have been dong your workouts for a few months and I love them. The pace, the variations, the motivation…it's great. However, when it comes to the leg workouts, the only place I am seeing results is in my quads and calves. My inner and outer thighs are still the same as are my hamstrings. What do you suggest I do? Or do you have a workout that I have missed that targets these areas only on leg day? I usually cycle through all of your workouts that are 35 minutes or less as I am working out while my son naps so time is limited. I do chest/triceps one day, back/biceps the next, and legs on the third day the repeat. I only workout Monday – Friday unless I miss workouts during the week. Before my son was born, I worked out at a gym and was very fit but going to a gym just doesn't fit into my schedule right now. I have a bench, stability ball, free weights, dumbbells, barbells, and mats at home. Do you think the machines in the gym are the only way to achieve my pre-baby body?   17. I recently got a barbell so I could swap it in with some of your workouts. Really good with deadlifts and romanian deadlifts, but I am struggling a bit with this leg exercise. It is difficult to keep balanced and in the right position with the split squats, but perhaps it is something that comes with practise. Also, do you think it is as effective to do front squats rather than back squats? I don't have a squat rack and it feels safer. Don't want fall backwards! If it is less effective…I will just switch back to doing squats with dumbells.

  40. I have chondromalacia patella on my left knee. That means I am advised not to attempt squat, leg presses over 90 degrees and lunges. What alternate exercises can I incorporate? I am planning to go for membership on the app.
